• National Diploma in Training Technology (English Language Teaching) offered by NITESL / UNIVOTEC
  or
• Higher National Diploma in English offered by SLIATE
  or
• National Diploma in Teaching (English) offered by NIE at Colleges of Education
  or
• English Trained Teacher's Certificate of Ministry of Education
  AND
  02 years of Teaching experience in Government School or recognized Institute acceptable to the Academic Council after obtaining the Qualification.
