3.1 Eligibility:
Every Public Contract where the contract cost exceeds Rupees five million.
3.2 Method of submitting application:
3.2.1 Place where application from could be obtained:
Visiting to Department of Registrar of Companies or Department website.
3.2.2 Payment for application:
Free of Charge
3.2.3 Time to submit application:
Every working day at 8.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 9.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
3.2.4 Fees paying to obtain this service:
PCA 01 Application -Rs.1500.00+VAT 15%
PCA 02 Application -Rs.7500.00+VAT 15%
3.3 Period taken to provide the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service)
Ordinary Service – Within Two days
3.4 Necessary Supporting documents
PCA 01 Application
1.Relevant paper notice/ an acceptable letter from respective institution regarding the tender/a copy of bid document
2.PCA 10 /an authorization letter for the Agent,sub agent,Representative or Nominee for or on behalf of a Tenderer
3.Copy of the Certificate of Business Registration (If it is not a limited liability company)
PCA 02 Application
1.Awarding letter from the relavant Organization
2.Copy of the PCA 03 Certificate
3.5. Staff Officers in charge of the Service
