  • Identification and registration of all epigraphy and coins
  • Obtaining facsimiles of inscriptions
  • Preservation and Maintenance of field data and stampage collected
  • Reading archives and conducting research on them.
  • Identification of coins and conducting research on them
  • Initiating acting to publish outcome of research.
  • Forwarding recommendations on preservation of archives to section concerned and provision of necessary data.
