Application for obtaining a permit for land subdivision - Rs.200.00
VAT 12% - Rs.24.00

Hours for Submitting Application
Working days - 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Fees Payable for the Service (Processing fee)

Time Taken for the Service (General Services and Priority Services): Between 02 to 08 weeks.

Supporting Document Required

1. Application with the signatures of the owner and the qualified person
2. The original copy and 3 copies of the survey plan of the proposed land for approval
3. If the subdivision of the proposed land has been approved, a copy of that approval; if not, copies of the survey plan of subdivisions of the said land prior to 1986 or before that period.
4. Copy of the deed
