Eligibility:

• When a certificate of conformity is obtained, the erections should have been done in accordance with the approved building plan.
• The said plan should not be over 3 years after being approved (Time should be extended if the first year has elapsed.)
• When obtaining the certificate of conformity for lands, the relevant streets, gutters/drains and walls etc should be physically prepared.
