Eligibility: Every Saturday a Community Health Steering Team along with the Medical Health Officer visit houses in a selected area for prevention of contagious diseases and draw the attention of the residents to the places where mosquitoes are breeding or likely to breed and get them to remove such places. Process of Submitting Applications Places From Where Applications can be Obtained Fees Payable for Obtaining Application Hours for Submitting Application Charges to be Paid for the Services Time Taken for the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service) Supporting Document Required Officers in charge of the Services
