Removal of Dangerous Trees

When a part of any tree is in a position that can cause damage to any road or house pradeshiya sabha will take action to remove. For this purpose an application should be made to the secretary of the pradeshiya sabha with a written request to the chairman of the pradeshiya sabha. If a tree or a branch of a tree is not removed within 14 days the chairman is empowered to remove and to charge the expenses from the owner.
