For development of paddy lands, conditions requesting letter from Commissioner General of Department of Agrarian Development to be submitted with application form.
Submit with one copy of deed of the land and 03 copies of survey plan, non refundable advance of the processing fee (Rs. 3,000/= plus VAT+NBT) should be paid.
After processing your case by internal divisions of the SLLRDC, if need following approval to be submitted by you for further work.
Client has to submit approval from Urban Development Authority, Central Environmental Authority & Local Authority.
Approvals from Irrigation Department, Road Development Authority etc. (where necessary) have to be submitted.
Land is inspected by an Engineer from SLLRDC & officers from UDA & CEA to see whether this development effects on geological, drainage and environmental conditions etc.
After that inspecting Engineer has to produce a report with his/her recommendation.
Next, the relevant report has to be submitted to the Planning Committee, final decision will be taken by the Planning Committee.
After getting approval from Planning Committee client has to pay the balance amount of service charges.
Preparation of drainage design/drainage conditions according to engineering hydrology.
Then, condition letter/drainage design, if paddy land will be issued to Department of Agrarian Development, if non paddy lands to owner of the land.
