Registration of� Handicraftsmen The National Crafts Council attends to the registration of craftsmen engaged in the field of handicrafts scattered throughout the island. It is expected to select the real craftsmen engaged in the handicrafts, establish their identity and continue to maintain relationship with them. The council anticipates to involve at state level to bring about socio economic progress of the handicraftsmen and provide necessary instructions and facilities to carryout their production activities.
