•A foreigner who invests in Sri Lanka (having a registered company in Sri Lanka)
•Should not be a government officer.
•Should not be a mentally retarded, disable, or a person convicted by a court of law.

1.Deed of the land of storage.
2.Plan of the land of storage.
3.A copy of mining license from which minerals are to be purchased.
4.A copy of Trading Agreement with mining license holds.
