Eligibility

Process of Submitting Applications: To the post Offices equipped with telephone facilities.

Places From Where Applications can be Obtained
Only from the post offices which have telephone facilities

Fees Payable for Obtaining Application Forms: No fee is charged.

Time for submission
During the opening hours of the office for the public and two hours before closing of the receiving office.

Fees Payable for Obtaining the Service
Rs. 10.00 for the first 10 words and Rs. 1.00 per additional word plus a fixed charge of Rs.10.00

Time Taken for Providing the Service (Ordinary service and priority service)
Delivery takes place within two hours except in case of delays beyond control.
