Pre-requisites Electricity demand should be over 42 kVA. Approved building plan Approved assessment number 1 Copy of approved building plan 2 Tax letter issued by Colombo Municipal Council 3 Copy of NIC Applications can be obtained from: Electrical Engineer (Bulk Supply) Ceylon Electricity Board No 340, R. A. De Mel Mw, Lukshman Building Colombo 3. Application is free. Rs. 2,500/= should be paid when submitting the application. On Week days, 09.00 - 14.00 Electrical Engineer (Bulk Supply) will estimate and inform Normal service within 2 months If any augmentation work is needed, it may take more than 2 months. �
