Eligibility: Damage to his own cultivation due to attack by wild elephant or by natural disaster.

Process of Submitting Applications: Immediately after the damage to crops the NDRS frm (NDR 08) obtaining from the Grama Niladhari should be forwarded duly perfected.

Places From Where Application can be Obtained: Grama Niladhari office and Divisional Secretary office.

Fees Payable for Obtaining Application: No fees is charged.

Time of Which Application should be Submitted: Immediately after the occurrence of the damage

Fees Payable for Obtaining Service: No fee is charged.

Time Taken to Provide the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service): With in one week from receipt of recommended data of District secretary

Supporting Documents Required

• The form N.D.R.S No 8 forwarded with the recommendation on the valuation of the damage by the Grama Niladhari and Social service officer
• Letter confirmation of ownership of his cultivated loan.
