4 Service No.04: 4.1 Eligibility:
Must be a Charterd Accountatant
Should be a HNDA (Higher National Diploma in Accountancy) Holder
Or Should be a government Pensioner
4.2 Method of submitting application:
4.2.1 Place where application from could be obtained:
Visiting to Department of Registrar of Companies.
4.2.2 Payment for application:
Free of Charge
4.2.3 Time to submit application:
Every working day at 8.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 9.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
4.2.4 Fees paying to obtain this service:
• Auditors - Rs. 6,000/- + VAT
• Audit Firm - Rs. 15,000/- + VAT
For Reneval
• Auditors - Rs. 4,000/- + VAT
• Audit Firm - Rs. 6,000/- + VAT
4.3 Period taken to provide the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service)
Ordinary Service – Within two weeks
4.4 Necessary Supporting documents
Individual Licence –
For Chartered Accontants – Both Original & Photocopy of Membership Certificate & Practising Certificate
For Government Pensioners – Service Letter & Pension Letter
For HNDA Diploma Holders – Photocopy of HNDA Certificate & Letter to Prove work Experience of Charted Audit Firm.
Chartered Accountant’s Audit Firm –
Original & Photo Copy Of Membership Certificate, Practising Certificate, Individual Auditor Licence & Business Registration.
Registred Auditors Firm –
Original & Photo Copy of Individual Auditor Licence & Business Registration.
(All Documents Submitted Should be Certified By a Justice of Peace.)
