2.A foreigner who invests in Sri Lanka (having a registered company in Sri Lanka)
3.Should not be a government officer.
4.Should not be a mentally retarded, disable, or a person convicted by a court of law.
5.Should be holder of industrial mining license A or B or Trading License A category License.

Fees paying to obtain this service:-

Rs. 6100.00 = (License fee) + Royalty + VAT

Period taken to provide the Service (Ordinary Service and Priority Service)
